Snow for Valentine's Day!

We got 8 inches of snow in 6 hours the Friday before Valentine's Day.  Mommy and daddy got to leave work early and I got to leave school early too.  It wasn't very cold so I jumped out of the car and went to help daddy shovel.  No way was I going to watch from inside this time!

Lots of snow!
Daddy...can I just touch the snow on the shovel?  How does this contraption work?
It is cold...I am not that impressed.
Burr!  Let's go inside because there seems to be no end in sight!
Mommy made pancakes for breakfast that weekend.  Not bad for using aluminum foil!

Zoo!

I've been to the zoo before, but I don't remember the animals quite like I did this time.  I loved the aquarium and the farm!  This is a glimpse of a couple of pictures of what I spent my time doing at the zoo.  My daddy is so smart for getting a year-round pass!  I can't wait to go back.  In this picture, I don't know if I am more excited to see myself or all of the fish and sharks swimming above my head?
I found where Nemo and Dori live!  I love looking at the fish and water.  I even get to stand on the ledge by myself.  I'm getting soo big!
Guys...this is great!
BAAA!  My favorite animal sound for my favorite animal...mom says it is a goat, but it could be a sheep??
Petting the goat...BAAA!
Checking out the turkey....  It is hard to see over the pieces of wood that block the view of those of us who are under 3 feet tall!

Snow Shoveling Onlooker

I have a little stool that I carry everywhere.  I used it to peek out the window to watch my daddy shovel snow.
"Hey Daddy!"
Contemplating...
Milk on window sill...love to look outside.

My Spot

I love reading books!  And this is one of my favorite spots...the corner between my dresser and the rocking chair in my bedroom.  I also like the corner in the kitchen and the corner by the chair in the livingroom.  Basically, I like little spots for little me and I can't think of better spots to read to myself.

Mommy's Response to Independence

Nice hair, huh...

Aaaaa...
Yelling louder...

Independence...

I can eat all by myself...
Tah-DAHH!
