8 days out - 4 days at home

Starting May 27th, the Miller family began their 12 days of travel - the first 4 days Gillette WY, the next 4 days Omaha, and the next 4 days Pleasant Hill, CA.  Thus, making our lives a touch interesting and our children asking today if we are going on an airplane as we have been every week for the past 2.  This next series of pictures are the graduation parties and all the experiences surrounding those 12 days.  Whew - so glad to be home!

Hannah's First Dance Recital

Hannah has been doing dance class through daycare once a week since January.  Finally, they had their first recital.  There were about 10 kiddos ages 3 to 5 dancing to 3 separate songs.  They all did wonderfully and Hannah was soooo excited.  A much different experience for her parents from soccer....  The video I took is 2.5 Gigabits so I am working on a way to compress it a bit to post.  You could see the sheer joy and how she was doing very well at following directions as well as has a bit of beat.  She is doing both Dance and Cheer this summer.  She already told me how much she LOVES Cheer.  I am telling you that God has blessed me with the girliest of girls...hope I can meet her expectations =)

And the man - this little dude has mastered making himself naked.  He loves playing dress-up with Hannah as she helps him get 1/2 way there!  Fear not, he has also been spotted escaping his room at daycare and running down the hallway bottomless...stay tuned...

Backyard fun...

A lazy Sunday afternoon - playing in the backyard....

Eli finally riding his bike!

Couldn't be prouder!

The Farm and Josh & Shelli

Over Easter weekend, we got to visit Deanna Rose a free-to-low-cost farmstead with the kids.
They just love it!  This is Eli and Derek on the hayrack ride.

After the Farmstead, off to Elle's Baptism celebration...
where Hannah instructed all to wear Charlene's crown!

And of course Aunty Pam - we always have to get a photo with her!

And the banchees getting ready for bed - Charlene and Eli are 2 days apart - however, Charlene's parents are braver about a "big girl" bed than Eli's parents are about a "big boy" bed =)
And at the farm again - always stopping by the one-room schoolhouse for Hannah and Grandma Kathy!

The South paw concentration!

One of my favorites!

Trying to milk a cow...

And of course feeding the minature goats - Eli was a bit overwhelmed...

Hannah scolding the goats to share and to only allow 1 at a time.
Perhaps she is learning something in pre-school...
