Hannah hamming it up with "E-I." This is how she feels about her new "bro-der" most of the time. She is a good helper bringing blankets, burp rags, and diapers for us. When Eli spits up she tells us that "E-I spilled." She lets us know that "E-I is sad. He crying." She likes to say "SHHH E-I" and "It's ok E-I." She loves to hold him and play peek-a-boo with him. We can't believe he has already been here for a month.
Here is our sweet boy at 1 month. He slept from midnight until 5 am...what a surprise.
We will get him to smile...just very serious today, but he is opening his eyes a lot more! He stays up for about 3 hours 3 times a day and the rest of the time sawing logs or eating for an hour at a time...takes his time...on his terms. How is it that I have 2 children who want things done on their own terms? Not sure who that came from (wink).
Being sweet being held by daddy. He is around 11 pounds...that is 3 1/2lb weight gain since birth and that doesn't include the weight loss...keeping his mother busy =)
